Maya is an experienced litigator with a focus on complex commercial litigation in federal trial and appellate court, as well as in arbitration. Maya represents and counsels clients in a variety of sectors on matters involving commercial contracts, government investigations, consumer class actions, and employment disputes. Leveraging her former federal judicial clerkship experience, Maya crafts clear and effective pleadings and dispositive motions, manages and negotiates complex discovery issues, and fashions tactful litigation strategies for optimal client outcomes.
